Mercante UBC

This was my first time here and the people working at the desk were very condescending and rude even though I was being very friendly. You have to pay to make simple changes to the pizza so I ended up omitting things but paying the same amount. Luckily the pizza was okay.

We went to Mercante since no other place was open on that day in that region. My expectations were low and I was hungry. I am not an expert but I understand from good pizza and I can say that their pizza was almost perfect. Taste & crispiness of the dough was by the book, sauce was nice (not too strong) and they use a good quality cheese. I would recommend this place to all pizza lovers.
